Denelle and Tom Ellis, a married photography duo, run their home business, Peanut Factory Studio, a daylight photographic studio located in the heart of Hackney Wick. In their personal work, the couple examines stereotypical ideologies of gender performance and the historical and contemporary tensions between them through their ongoing self-portraiture series, ‘amarriedcouple’.
