From Sydney to London, John has made a name for himself with his bold and creative take on Asian and Eastern cuisine. Now, he’s bringing his signature flavors to Unlock, blending his innovative dishes with our unique vibe.
The collaboration launches on April 24th with a special event in John’s presence & A la Carte menu, followed by an exclusive selection of his dishes featured on our menu until June.
